The TPM Self Assessment’s purpose is to provide information to assist in running the factory by showing the strengths and weaknesses of each TPM pillar using a structured approach.
Since the objective is to define a high-level view of the process in its “as-is” state, we must have the core cross-functional team involved in the development of a SIPOC.
Autonomous Maintenance Step 0 Objectives:
